  • Booking in advance is recommended. Please mention you are using a gift card when booking.

  • Gift cards must be used in a single transaction. No change or credit will be given for any remaining balance.

  • Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Expired cards will not be accepted.

  • Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

  • Gift cards can be redeemed across all areas of Osman’s: Soft Play, Riot Splatter, Osman’s Ceramics, and the Café Osman food menu.

  • Gift cards cannot be used as deposits for party bookings.
